RMR Chicken & Veggie Pizza


I'm all about simple, and this is about as easy as it gets! The only thing easier might be calling your local Domino's and getting a pizza from them, but we all know how long that takes. Plus it costs more, and your order might be wrong... don't stress. I got your back on this one,

What you will need:

1 thin-style pizza crust. Pilsbury makes them, or typically there's an even cheaper generic brand that has them too. I will post a homemade crust at some point, but today is not the day.

1 can tomato/spaghetti sauce

1 cup chopped broccoli

1/2 onion, chopped

1 chopped green onion, or red, whatever you lie

(insert any other veggies that you like in the proportion you like them)

2 cups shredded italian blend cheese

2 cups chicken

1 tbsp RMR seasoning

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Have veggies prepped and ready to go, but first, you need to cook the chicken with the RMR seasoning. Once it's done, add the veggies and cook for a few minutes. We don't want them overcooked, because remember they will get baked too, so make sure they are still a bit crunchy when they go on the pizza.

Flatten out dough onto a buttered baking sheet, and spread sauce throughout. I like to put half of the cheese on first, directly over the sauce, and then sprinkle the chicken and veggies everywhere. Then top with the rest of the cheese, and pop in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Voila! Sorry Domino's...
