Cheesy RMR Biscuits!
Warning: These are just as, if not more, delicious than Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits. So if you end up eating 4, like I did, no one can say you weren't warned.
Just make sure to invite enough people over so that you don't end up eating them yourself! It was a learning experience for me...
2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon RMR
1 cup whole milk
1 stick melted butter
1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Buttery herb topping:
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. I know, hot right? Mix dry biscuit ingredients with a whisk and then mix wet ingredients (milk, butter) and combine slowly. Fold in cheese lastly.
Grease your baking dish, and pop in for 10-12 minutes.
While they are baking, get out a small pot and put butter, parsley, and garlic powder together over the stove. Once the butter is melted, turn burner off and let cool while biscuits are cooking.
Right when you pull the biscuits out, brush with the butter mixture. It's the BEST when it dries/cools on top of the bisuit.
Sooo easy, and soo delicious! Enjoy :)
